EXPORT WIN FOR THE HAWK

The UK and Saudi Arabia have secured a £6.1m deal, which will see the UK providing support to the Royal Saudi Air Force with officer and aircrew training. This deal includes the sale of 22 BAE Hawk Advanced Jet Trailers (pictured below), 55 Pilatus PC-21 and 25 primary training aircraft (which are yet to be chosen). The jets will replace the RSAF's current fleet of BAE Hawk 65/65a trainers and will be used to better train RSAF crews to use the Eurofighter Typhoon.
